Welcome to Rose Rice. This website is operated by Rose Rice. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rose Rice. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products (5 KG retail packs or 25 KG bulk bags) from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation retail customers, wholesale buyers, restaurants, caterers, and commercial distributors.

1. General Business Scope

  • We offer rice products in both 5 KG retail packaging and 25 KG commercial bulk bags.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current business or personal information for smooth order processing and delivery coordination.

2. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

  • Rice is an agricultural commodity, and market prices are subject to frequent seasonal and market-driven fluctuations.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • For any placed and confirmed order, the price locked at the time of invoice generation or order confirmation will remain final.

3. Order Acceptance and Bulk Volume Limitations

  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order placed with us.

  • For commercial orders exceeding 50 KG, direct website checkout is disabled, and clients are required to connect via our official WhatsApp channel (+92 309 2165052) for bulk quote confirmations.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

4. Payments & Delivery Terms

  • Orders within Karachi (up to 50 KG) are delivered via local transport networks at a standard delivery charge. Advance payment of delivery charges (Rs. 250) is required to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) dispatches.

  • Inter-city / Outstation bulk deliveries are shipped via local Goods Transport (Bilti System) or freight couriers under agreed trade terms.

5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and shipping details for all purchases made at our store.

  • You agree to promptly update your account information, including phone numbers and delivery addresses, so we can complete your transactions seamlessly.

6. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws of Pakistan.
