Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Rose Rice. We offer reliable logistics and shipping services across Pakistan for both our 5 KG retail packs and 25 KG commercial bulk bags. Please review our complete shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation and delivery charge verification.

  • Deliveries and dispatches are not processed on Sundays or official public holidays.

2. Regional Delivery Operations & Charges

  • Within Karachi (Up to 50 KG):

    • Local deliveries within Karachi are handled via bike riders or local transport loaders.

    • Standard Delivery Charge: Rs. 250 (for orders up to 50 KG).

    • Advance Delivery Fee: To confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the Rs. 250 delivery fee must be paid in advance via EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer, while the remaining rice amount is payable upon delivery.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 24 to 48 hours.

  • Orders Above 50 KG (Bulk Limit):

    • Direct website checkout is restricted for orders exceeding 50 KG.

    • Customers are redirected to connect directly with our sales team via WhatsApp (+92 309 2165052) for custom bulk pricing, freight arrangements, and direct dispatch coordination.

  • Outside Karachi (Nationwide Delivery):

    • Orders bound for other cities across Pakistan (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.) are shipped via standard overland couriers or local Goods Transport (Goods Adda / Bilti System).

    • 5 KG Bags: Shipped via overland courier networks at standard weight-based rates.

    • 25 KG Bags & Bulk Stock: Dropped at designated transport terminals in Karachi. Bilti receipts are provided immediately upon loading.

    • Freight charges (Bilti fees) are paid directly by the customer to the transport terminal upon receiving the delivery, unless agreed otherwise.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days.

3. Shipment Inspection

  • Buyers are advised to count total bags and check packaging integrity (ensuring bags are completely sealed and un-damaged) at the time of delivery before signing off.
